RANDOM_TRUST_BOOTLOADER and RANDOM_TRUST_CPU should be disabled if
HW_RANDOM_TPM is enabled.

Fast and robust initialization of Linux’s CSPRNG is instead achieved
thanks to the TPM’s HWRNG.
