* bugfix: ar archive mime should not match debian archives

the new ar archive definition was erroneously matching Debian package archives (.deb) which led to the MIME being application/x-archive. This in turn resulted in the file is not being correctly unpacked by the extractor.

added additional types for patool extractor plugin

even though it is already in standard file magic

but ar archives could be detected as text/plain otherwise because the files are not detected as application/octet-stream

added mime types for zpaq streams and alzip, ace, cab, lzo, lzop, chm, rzip and dms archives
