When running binwalk in non-interactive session some env variables
may not be set. This causes binwalk to fail to correctly determine
user's home directory. This commit fixes that (at least for linux systems).

Fixed file path bug in extractor.py where file names that are all digits were treated as integers rather than strings

Fixed some ROM signature and extraction bugs; added debug info during file open failures; updated plugins to use file.path instead of file.name

Added {end} tag to ISO signatures to prevent scanning inside of the ISO image and producing duplicate extractions

The previous QNX detection was erroneously using the QNX4 Boot block magic, but labelled QNX6. 
This PR fixes the labels and add the proper QNX6 Super Block magic, known as QNX6_SUPER_MAGIC.

Find and extract Intel microcode updates. Useful for getting microcode updates for your device from alien uefi updates.

Modified extractor to report the actual extractor command that was executed, rather than the placeholder command in the extract.conf file.
